Internet	Need it as no desktop downloadable version exists	Not needed to make it as free desktop software can be downloaded
Cost	For non pro version both making and sharing is free	You can make your BI reports free ,but sharing the BI report link needs at least pro paid version
Learning curve	Easier	Compared to GOOGLE data studio harder
App	Google app script which is in JS	Power app
Data cleaning	Should be done outside	Can be done through Power Query
Computer Power	Less needed so works fine on economical laptops too	More needed so don't work fine on economical laptops
